As novas mídias e as práticas educativas: literatura e cinema em ambiente escolar

Resumo

Literatura e cinema são linguagens que têm sido trabalhadas sem promover o interesse de estudantes. Estudar literatura e cinema em salas de aula requer certa preocupação, pois não podem ser utilizados como meros instrumentos de apoio. Trata-se de gêneros discursivos que permitem acompanhar as transformações sociais. Logo, é preciso verificar como estes se constituem, e para isso, foi trabalhado o conto e o roteiro cinematográfico em uma turma de 3º ano de Ensino Médio, no Centro de Ensino e Pesquisa Aplicada à Educação (CEPAE/UFG). Considerando a interrelação entre Literatura e Cinema, trabalhou-se elementos lingüísticos e literários que permeiam o ensino-aprendizagem.

Abstract: Literature and cinema are two different arts that have been worked on without raising student's interests in many classes around the country. Studying Literature and cinema in a classroom demands a certain amout of worry and study, since these tools shouldn't be used in the class just for the sake of it. They deal with different discursive genres, which allow us to follow and keep track of social transformations. Thus, it is necessary to understand how they work and how they are constituted, and to accomplish that, movies were worked with in a high school 3rd year group at Centro de Ensino Aplicada à Educação (CEPAE/UFG). Considering the interrelation between Literature and Cinema, we worked with linguistic and literary elements which made learning possible.
